Round Table USA (RT USA) was chartered over the weekend of December 31, 1982, to January 2, 1983, in New York City. The association was founded by a group of enthusiastic young professionals and community leaders of Round Table 1 New York City. This milestone event marked the expansion of the Round Table movement in the United States.

Several attempts to create new clubs within New York City, and the rest of America did not stand the test of time, with RT USA 1 remaining a fortress club for the Table spirit on this continent.
