Luand in considerare raspunsurile tale, trebuie sa te rog sa ingenunchezi cu piciorul drept pe pamant si cu cel stang indoit ?
(Se ia spada de catre cel ce conduce ritualul)

Cu voia cavalerilor de fata,
Prin puterile conferite si bunavointa lui Dumnezeu,
Te numesc, (se atinge cu spada umarul drept)
Te constitui, (se atinge cu spada umarul stang)
Te consacru (se atinge cu spada deasupra capului)
Cavaler al Mesei Rotunde nr.XX [numele orasului].
(noul cavaler se ridica).
Drept dovada a camaraderiei noastre,
Primeste, te rog, Fanionul, Insigna si Ecusonul.
Incepand de astazi toti cavalerii Mesei Rotunde sunt camarazii tai !

Urmeaza felicitarile si se canta imnul impreuna cu noul cavaler.
