Event lanyards and name badges are typical of Round Table events, AGMs, and meetings. Typically the back of the name badge would contain a schedule of events, keys locations and emergency contact details of the hosts.
The lanyard can be filled with pins that are avaiable for exchanging; which will hopefully be replaced by new pins by the end of the day.
