During the Tabling Year 2023–24, RTNP 10 Biratnagar Prime (also known as BPRT-10) undertook a transformative project to uplift educational and community support infrastructure in Biratnagar. With a total investment of NPR 5,401,151.52, the table delivered a comprehensive range of impactful initiatives for Shree Mahendra Secondary School and its surrounding community.

The flagship development was the construction of 4 new classrooms covering 3,200 square feet, improving access to quality learning environments for students. This was complemented by a wide variety of social impact actions including:
