4 Clubs 1 Vision is an informal collaboration between the four family clubs of the Round Table movement: Ladies Circle, Agora Club, 41 Club, and Round Table. It was officially launched in Meise on 15 September 2014, with the intent to build stronger connections between members, coordinate joint events, and support inclusive recruitment strategies.

🎯 Purpose of the Initiative

  • 🤝 Strengthen cooperation between the four clubs
  • 📈 Encourage member recruitment across all associations
  • 🎉 Organise shared activities, events, and service projects
  • ⚖️ Prepare for future legal requirements around gender inclusion in all clubs

🍀 The Logo

The logo of 4 Clubs 1 Vision is a four-leaf clover, with each leaf displaying the emblem of one of the four clubs. It symbolises unity, diversity, and shared vision within the Round Table family.

📅 Annual Working Meeting

Each year, a working meeting is held on the third Monday of September. The aim is to get to know each other better and discuss topics of mutual interest. Each club takes turns hosting the evening, in the following order:

  1. Agora Club
  2. Round Table
  3. Ladies Circle
  4. 41 Club

Each organisation is encouraged to be represented by at least three members at the event.

📝 Amendments

Any modification, addition, or removal of the principles above can be made during the September working meeting, provided that at least three of the four clubs agree to the change.
