Within Round Table France, each region has its own Regional Board, responsible for coordinating the activities of local Tables and maintaining strong communication with the RTFR National Board.
Some roles are essential for administration, finance, and communication, while others—adapted to local traditions—help strengthen fellowship and enrich Table life. Though not mandatory, these roles are invaluable for keeping the regional network active and dynamic.
Regional President
The Regional President of Round Table France is an elected member who represents and coordinates the activities of local Tables within a specific geographic region. He serves as a vital link between the Tables in his region and the National Board (BN), acting as a bridge, supporter, and leader for the Tablers under his responsibility.
His main duties include:
COORDINATION
He ensures effective communication between local Tables and the national level, making sure regional initiatives and actions align with RTFR’s overall objectives.
REPRESENTATION
He represents his region at National Committee (CN) meetings, participating in decisions that impact the entire organization.
SUPPORT TO LOCAL TABLES
He assists Tables in implementing their projects, helps resolve challenges, and promotes local engagement and development.
ANIMATION & COHESION
He fosters cooperation among the Tables in his region by organizing regional events and encouraging exchange and camaraderie among members.

Regional Secretary
• Manages the administration of the Regional Board.
• Drafts minutes of regional meetings and tracks the implementation of decisions.
• Ensures smooth communication between local Tables and the Regional Board.
Regional Vice-President
• Assists the Regional President and prepares to succeed him the following year.
• May be assigned specific responsibilities such as event organization or inter-Table relations.
• Plays an active role in developing regional strategy and coordinating activities.
Regional Treasurer
• Manages the region’s finances.
• Handles regional membership fees and oversees funds for events and projects.
• Presents regular financial reports to the region’s Tables and the Regional President.
Regional Editor
• Responsible for written communication and reporting at the regional level.
• Collects information from local Tables and writes articles about regional events, projects, and initiatives.
• Contributes to the visibility of the region through features in the national magazine ADT (Autour Des Tables) and regional newsletters.
• Ensures that the achievements of local Tables are highlighted in both regional and national publications.
Regional IRO (International Relations Officer)
• Facilitates international relations for the Tables in the region.
• Encourages members to take part in Round Table International (RTI) events and fosters exchanges with Tables abroad.
• Serves as a member of the international commission under the supervision of the National IRO.
