The figure on the right of the rondel is a Nuragic bronze archer (Italian: bronzetto nuragico), one of the iconic Bronze Age statuettes of Sardinia.
These bronze figures were created by the Nuragic civilization, which inhabited Sardinia from roughly 1800–500 BC. Hundreds have been discovered across the island, depicting archers, warriors, chiefs, animals and boats.
The stylized features with elongated limbs, simplified body, and distinctive bow make them instantly recognizable as Nuragic art.
