Malta, a small, historically rich island nation in the Mediterranean, is known for its strategic location, deep cultural heritage, and close-knit communities. Round Table Malta reflects these qualities, standing out within the Round Table movement as a small yet tightly connected association. Founded in 1975, with a National Association in 1981, RT Malta proudly fosters a strong sense of brotherhood among its members.
Despite its size, RT Malta is highly active in social events, local charity, and international cooperation, all of which are built around fellowship. The association promotes self-improvement, encouraging members to grow personally and professionally while working to improve their communities. Tables within RT Malta maintain a supportive yet competitive dynamic, challenging one another to strive for excellence while offering assistance when needed.
Maltese Tablers are encouraged to Table abroad as much as possible, which has led to members holding several RTI leadership positions over the years. Additionally, RT Malta’s National AGM is considered an ideal introduction for Tablers looking to expand their international experience, as the event is small ( and maintains a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. With a deep commitment to service, camaraderie, and international engagement, RT Malta continues to punch above its weight in the global Round Table community.
