RTMT Family

The RTMT Family consists of Round Table Malta, 41 Club Melita, Ladies Circle Malta, Tangent Club Malta, and Agora Malta.

41 Club

Club 41 Malta

Chartered 1980s

The first 41 Club was formed for the first generations of Maltese ex-Tablers in the early 1980s. While the club still occasionally meets, these meetings are infrequent and unofficial.

41 Club Melita

Chartered 2009

A second club for 41ers was chartered in 2009 and is currently the club for prospective ex-Tablers from all three RT clubs. 41 Club Melita is a Maltese club within the 41 Club (Ex-Tablers) family, bringing together former Round Table members to continue fellowship and service. They support Round Table Malta through mentoring and joint projects while hosting regular socials and charity activities.

Ladies Circle

Ladies Circle (1981)

Historically, the original Ladies Circle Malta was a club for Tablers’ wives. This LC club has great successes, with large fundraisers, published books, and even hosting the LCI AGM in 2003 attended by 600 ladies from all over the world.

In 2006, Ladies Circle Malta donated a Sangyong Rodius Van to Caritas Malta🔗 as part of its fundraising activities for its 25th anniversary. Kathleen A. Flynn, a member of this club, became Ladies Circle International President for the term 2007/2008.

The club folded sometime around 2010.

In 2022, the existing members formed the Tanget Club.

2025 Reconstituted

During the National AGM in October 2025, Ladies Circle was reconstituted with a new intake of members, a new logo, and a fresh purpose.

 

 

Tangent Club

Chartered November 2022

Tangent Malta is the Maltese branch of Tangent Club International, a fellowship and service club for women connected to the Round Table family. The club is open to all women who share the club’s values, which are Friendship and Charitable work. They organise social and charitable initiatives locally, often partnering with Round Table Malta and the Ladies’ Circle, to support community causes while building friendships and fostering networking.

Agora

Chartered 2014 (TBC)

An Agora Club exists in Malta🔗, yet there is no formal or informal contact between them and the RTMT Family. Agora in Malta has two active clubs.

A member of Agora Malta, Anna Tabone served as Agora Club International President for 2018–2019.
