The following are branding assets for RTSN — Round Table Senegal.
The rondel was adopted from Round Table Atlantic Coast, of which RT Senegal was a member.
The centre of the ACART logo (subsequently the RT Segenal logo) featured the baobab tree, a species native to many parts of Africa and often referred to as the “monkey bread tree.” The baobab holds particular significance in Senegal, where it is regarded as a national symbol and deeply embedded in local culture and identity.
Renowned for its immense trunk and longevity, the baobab is one of the largest succulents in the world and can grow to impressive heights. Often referred to as the “tree of life,” it provides food, water, and shelter to both people and wildlife. In many communities, it also serves as a traditional gathering place, symbolising unity, resilience, and continuity, values that closely align with the spirit of Round Table and the ACART region.
