A small number of brothers from different Associations have embraced the medium with Table-related conversations—from news and mental health to storytelling and self-growth. RTD President Ruben Bader talks with guests about projects, experiences, and challenges that you will only find at Round Table. Topics range from mental health and lived inclusion to impactful service projects such as the Duck Race, as well as the history and future of our organization.

The podcast is for everyone who already knows Round Table and for those who are curious about what lies behind our motto. No clichés, no polished image, just real voices, honest experiences, and genuine passion.

“Tischgespräche, the Round Table Podcast” was produced in the summer of 2025 and released in 10 weekly episodes. It was initiated and hosted by Round Table Germany President Ruben Bader, each time joined by different guests to discuss a specific topic. Each episode had a running time of around 20 minutes.

As the format was very well received within the German speaking Round Table community, it did not end after the initial release. Instead, it continued in the more irregular format “Uncensored and Uncut” that is hosted by the RTDE57 Dillenburg members Ruben Bader and Moritz Engelhardt. These episodes are often significantly longer, up to two hours, with less focus on a single specific topic and much more time for stories and honest behind the scenes conversations.
