A Global Partnership for Sustainable Growth in Round Table
During the RTIHYM in 2026, the Growth Alliance was created. It is a voluntary, independent, non-political and value-driven international partnership between Round Table associations committed to strengthening the organization worldwide. The alliance is built around concrete initiatives designed to create development, support, motivation, and real membership growth.

The current members are Round Table Denmark, Round Table Germany, Round Table The Netherlands, Round Table Belgium and Round Table France.

The Growth Alliance Initiatives
The Growth Alliance is built around six initiatives, designed to support both immediate collaboration and long-term development.
- Mentorship for Smaller Associations
Smaller associations can benefit from direct support from larger associations. Through the mentorship programme, experienced associations work closely with smaller ones to share knowledge, support leadership development, and help identify opportunities for growth.
Mentorship includes regular contact, sharing experiences, and practical support such as visits, participation in events, and ongoing dialogue about development and challenges.
- Joint Hands-On Service Projects
Growth is built through shared experiences. Member associations commit to participating in at least one annual service project together with a smaller association. These projects strengthen relationships, increase local visibility, and reinforce the spirit of Round Table through action.
- International Expansion Fund
Associations are encouraged to support growth initiatives through dedicated resources aimed at expansion activities. These resources can help support activities such as charter events, information meetings, and promotional materials, aimed at chartering more tablers or tables.
- Small Associations Meeting
Large associations host annual meetings dedicated to smaller associations. These meetings provide a platform for inspiration, motivation, knowledge sharing, and discussion of challenges.
- International Clubs in Major Cities
In the longer term, associations aim to establish international or expat-focused clubs in major cities. These clubs can help connect internationally minded members, support tablers relocating between countries, and potentially open the door to new associations.
- Commitment to Internal Membership Growth
Member associations have an ambition of achieving annual membership growth, supporting one another in developing practical approaches to reach this goal, and leading by example.
