Round Table Councillors Meetings are official gatherings within the structure of Round Table International. These meetings serve as the main decision-making forums where elected representatives (called Councillors) from different Tables or regions come together to:
Participants include Councillors, the RTI Board, (forming the RTI Council) and other Observers or guests
These are typically held:
-
- On the eve of the RTI Annual General Meeting
- Throughout the year, as scheduled by the RTI Board, typically held online.
The agenda would be an open one. It could either be used to discuss important matters, or to organise a workshop.
A Councillors Meeting used to be held on the eve of the RTI Half Year Meeting, with the last one taking place at the RTI HYM 2025 in Paphos, Cyprus. This was discontinued to make the Tabler’s Meeting lighter, and less costly to attendees.
