Rondel

A “Rondel” in the context of Round Table refers to a circular emblem of the organisation.

The first Rondel was inspired by the historic Round Table at Winchester Castle, UK – a large wooden table painted with a Tudor-era design, associated with the Arthurian legend.

The design was adopted to signify non-hierarchical discussion, where young professionals could exchange ideas equally and improve society together.

Each rondel represents an association, club, or group, and feature on Club banners, Member regalia, Lapel pins and Official documents. Recognising obscure rondels is the ultimate sign of a veteran Tabler.
