Mental Health Awareness

The long months of uncertainty and isolation had an adverse impact on the mental well-being of many people, including Tablers. In many situations, the Round Table structure turned out to be the ideal platform for young men to support each other. The commitment of scheduled meetings allowed members to check in on each other and share their experiences.

The stigma of young men talking about their mental health and feelings was broken. This created a new reason for existing for the movement. Mental Health Awareness took centre stage at National level in many associations such as Round Table Germany and Round Table Southern Africa
