This Initiative is a commitment by RTI to use emerging technologies to make it easier for our Tablers to Table

History

In 2025, the Round Table AI Officer was introduced as an experimental GPT-powered assistant tailored to the movement’s unique culture, traditions, and international structure. This was launched during the RTI WM 2025 Gurgaon, India.

    • Support international fellowship by sharing ideas, event formats, and project successes from Tables worldwide.
    • Provide clarity on RTI rules, traditions, and structures, especially for new members.
    • Enhance communication by drafting professional, on-brand letters, reports, and social media texts.

Functions

The AI Officer has the ability to:

    • Draft business meeting and AGM agendas following official templates.
    • Summarise association and RTI documents into accessible notes.
    • Suggest service and fellowship projects inspired by international best practices.
    • Explain Round Table terminology, traditions, and history in an accessible way.
    • Provide up-to-date information from Round Table platforms.

The current GPT uses many sources, including:

    • The main RTI website; round-table.org,
    • Many official websites of National Associations,
    • Association reports,
