AMI & Round Table Zimbabwe Combined TM – May 2025

In May 2025, Round Table Zimbabwe had the honour of hosting the AMI Regional TM and the RT Zimbabwe National TM in the breathtaking city of Victoria Falls. This historic event brought together Tablers from across the region to celebrate fellowship, service, and cross-border brotherhood in one of the world’s most iconic natural destinations.

Itinerary Highlights

The AGM Weekend was carefully curated to combine official proceedings with unforgettable social experiences. Guests were treated to a world-class schedule of networking events, business sessions, and adrenaline-fueled activities. Below is the official itinerary:

Thursday 1st May 2025

    •  Arrival:
      • All guests arriving by air will be met at the airport and transported to Miombo Mews for registration
      • Guests arriving by road are to make their way to Miombo Mews
    • Registration
      • Venue: Miombo Mews
      • Time: 12:00 to 17:00
      • Dress Code: Code Relaxed with a Rondel
      • RT Cash Bar
      • The shuttle will operate to Victoria Falls town for shopping and sightseeing.
    • Cultural Dinner/Welcome Party:
      • Venue: The Boma Restaurant, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge
      • Logistics: Shuttles leaves Miombo Mews at 17:30, 18:00 and 18:30 – early time perfect for viewing the sunset at Saf Lodge. 
      • Start Time: 18:45
      • Dress Code: Cultural Dress (yours or ours – go wild!)
      • Return: Shuttle departs 21:30 and 22:00. Option to drop at Shoestrings for an after party – find a taxi to take you home. 
      • Limited free drinks, cash bar thereafter

Friday 2nd May 2025

    • RT Zimbabwe AGM:
      • Venue: Zambezi House
      • Logistics: Shuttles leave Miombo Mews at 08:00 and 8:25 
      • Start Time: 9:00 Sharp
      • Dress Code: Suit with a Jacket & Gong
      • Delegates remain at the venue for Lunch
      • Dry Meeting 
      • Delegates are advised to bring a change of clothes to change into after the meeting.  
    • Lunch:
      • Venue: Zambezi House
      • Logistics: Shuttle for non-delegates leaves Miombo Mews at 11:30 
      • Start Time: 11:45
      • Dress Code: Relaxed with a Rondel
      • RT Cash Bar
    • Adrenaline Activities:
      • Venue: The Lookout Cafe, Outside Terrace
      • Logistics: Shuttle leaves Zambezi House at 12:30 and 12:45
      • Start Time: 12:45
      • Dress Code: Relaxed with a Rondel
      • Cash Bar
      • Adrenaline activities for your own account.
      • We will have an agent available who can book these activities for you at a discount. 
      • Shuttle returns to Miombo Mews at 14:30 and 15:00
    • Sunset Cruise:
      • Venue: Wild Horizons Jetty
      • Logistics: Shuttles leave Miombo Mews at 15:15 and 15:30
      • Start Time: 16:00 – The Boat will not wait for latecomers. 
      • Dress Code: Pirates of the Zambezi
      • Limited drinks included. 
      • Walk across to Zambezi House for dinner.
    • Dinner:
      • Venue: Zambezi House
      • Logistics: Walk across from Wild Horizons Jetty
      • Start Time: 19:00
      • Dress Code: Pirates of the Zambezi

Saturday 3rd May 2025

    • AMI AGM:
      • Venue: Zambezi House
      • Logistics: Shuttles leaves Miombo Mews at 8:00 and 08:25 
      • Start Time: 9:00 Sharp
      • Dress Code: Suit with a Jacket & Gong
      • Delegates remain at the venue for Lunch
      • Dry Meeting  
      • Delegates should bring a change of clothes for the afternoon activities.

      • Venue: Zambezi House
      • Logistics: Shuttle for non-delegates leaves Miombo Mews at 11:45 
      • Start Time: 12:00
      • Dress Code: Relaxed with a Rondel

    • Riverside Activities:
      • Venue: Zambezi House
      • Start Time: 13:00
      • Dress Code: Relaxed with a Rondel (sporty!)

      • Shuttle returns to Miombo Mews at 16:00 and 17:00
    • Gala Dinner:
      • Venue: Baines Restaurant
      • Logistics: Shuttle leaves Miombo Mews at 17:30
      • Start Time: 18:00
      • Dress Code: African Sunset Black Tie – add in some color to your smartest attire 
      • Welcome Drinks and then Baines Cash Bar
      • Shuttle returns to Miombo Mews at 21:00 and 22:00

Sunday 4th May 2025

    • Morning Farewell:
      • Shuttle will operate hourly to Victoria Falls from 07:30 to 10:30 with stops in town and The Big Tree to allow for last-minute sightseeing. 
      • Shuttle schedules to the airport at 09:00, 10:00, 11:00 and 13:00.
