Global Operation Headhunter
This initiative aims to create a database of potential prospects through the personal and professional contacts of members all over the World.
Celebrating Growth
This initiative consists of sending video-messages from RTI Board members welcoming the new Tablers. Celebrating and welcoming each new member
inducted is important to make them feel globally welcome and to encourage them to travel.
Each 1 Bring 1
Keep going with this easy and really reasonable practice from previous years must be a standard practice for every Club. Every member in the world should invite a guest they consider a potential prospect to the meeting their club do. More potentials prospects we bring to the meeting the more chances we will have to induct one of them.
Grow Each Table By One
One of the best goals we can set, if every Club could grow by one member each year we would have more than 2000 new members every year. This is
one of the best practices we have been continuing from the previous years focusing on a simple growth strategy of adding at least one member per year to every club.
Prospect Month
A month-long social media campaign aimed at supplementing Club and Association recruitment efforts. This is a best practice we have learnt from other business-oriented service clubs.
Younger than the Youngest
The project aims to lower the clubβs average age by attracting younger members, particularly from Gen Z, who can inspire and engage others. Success relies on using social media effectively, organizing targeted events, and building a committed team to ensure long-term growth.
EX-Matters
Reconnecting with ex-members and their families helps preserve the clubβs traditions and strengthen its ties to the local community. Their experience and networks can also aid in engaging younger generations and revitalizing the club.
