To imporve coordination and fellowship within Round Table International, the Associations are split between regions. Currently there are five regions with RTI. These are:
Previous Regions
In 1991, after the Rebirth of Round Table International, there were two regions:

- The Africa Asia Pacific Region (including the Middle-East, India, South-East Asia, New Zealand and Australia).
- The European, Mediterranean and Americas Region EMA.
The EMA Region was itself subdivided into sub-regions: Nordic, Central and South Tables.
In ____ Africa Asia Pacific Region split into two:

- Round Table Asia Pacific Region
- Round Table Africa
In ____ these regions were reformed to today’s structure.
