The French-speaking Association of Round Tables in Western Africa was an Association located in Zaire, Rwanda and Burundi. In 1977 referred to as Round Table West Equatorial Africa. The Association formed part of World Council of Service Clubs (WOCO).

In 1967, Rwanda issued a series of stamps to commemorating WARTA, with pictures of wildlife and grain. The highest value stamp features the shilouette of a palm tree, as featured in the rondel.
