As at 1977, Wo-Co was a federation of the following young men’s clubs:
Active 20/30 International in USA and Central America;
Apex clubs in Australia, South-East Asia, Papua, New Guinea, Sri Lanka;
Kinsmen clubs in Canada;
Round Table clubs in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Central Africa, Denmark, East Africa, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain and Ireland, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Italy, Korea, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Southern Africa, Surinam, Sweden, Switzerland, West Equatorial Africa, Zambia.
The JECC Clubs of Japan is an associate member.
