It signifies how Associations have come together, in the form of Round Table International, to work for community service and prosperity, while at the same time being enriched by the continent’s many different cultures, traditions and languages. And Round Table is what unites us all.

Year Synopsis

This year under the presidency of Marc Germeshausen, Round Table International thrived under the motto “United in Diversity”, reflecting a powerful commitment to inclusivity across global cultures. Marc’s tenure was marked by significant achievements, including the establishment of a strategic three-year plan aimed at ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization. With visits to 39 associations worldwide and the successful shift of administrative operations to Luxembourg, RTI has strengthened its foundation for future service projects and community impact. The year also saw the launch of initiatives aimed at promoting mental health and strengthening member support networks, showcasing the enduring spirit and camaraderie among Tablers.
