Logo
The logo features the silhouette of the Greek God Nepute, as represented by the bronze statue located at Piazza del Nettuno in the middle of Bologna. The arches are representative of aqueduct.
Previous Versions: A previous version consisted of the Italian rondel, with “Round Table” on top. A banner at the bottom featured the text “Bologna”, with a “7” below it, and the two towers of Bologna (known as Due Torri) above the banner.
The towers are often featured on pins and other regalia for RTIT 7.
Tortellinata
The Tortellinata, organized by Round Table Italia 7 Bologna is a well-known annual charity event centered around one of Bologna’s most iconic dishes: tortellini.
Guests are served hand-folded tortellini with different fillings, and served in different dishes; “al brodo” (in rich capon or beef broth) is the most traditional and beloved way.
